Indjs Home Derby offers fully furnished, professionally managed houses across Derby — for short stays, long contracts and everything in between. We started with one house and kept the same idea for all three: give people the whole place, properly equipped, and stay out of their way.
That suits the people who actually come to Derby. Work crews on contract at Rolls-Royce or Toyota. Placements at the Royal Derby Hospital. Families between houses who need a kitchen and a garden rather than two hotel rooms. Weekends heading out to the Peak District.
Because we manage the houses ourselves, the person answering your enquiry is the person who knows whether the drive fits your van and which room catches the morning light.

Locally owned and managed
The houses are ours and we look after them ourselves — no call centre, no agency in between.
Book direct, no platform fees
Enquire with us and you get the direct rate rather than a nightly total with commission added on top.
Whole houses, never a room
Every booking is the entire house: your own kitchen, living room, garden and front door.
Self check-in
Arrive when your shift, flight or drive actually ends rather than when a reception desk is open.
